Thank you for visiting this a bit unorganized-thus-very-me space. I am a media and communication scholar, studying media intimacies and social media pop cultures.

I usually

• study what makes me

• explore media intimacies and practices for intimacies, from perspectives of social minorities (women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, children, and so on).

• study and talk about how marginalized people struggle to make their own lives on media and in culture

• live in somewhere between S. Korea, US, Australia, and online/offline

• (For English speakers:) do not know well about politics between two Koreas (Don't ask whether I am from North Korea)

정돈되지 않은, 따라서 매우 저와 흡사한 제 공간에 와주셔서 감사합니다. 저는 미디어-커뮤니케이션 학자이며, 미디어 친밀성과 소셜미디어 대중문화를 공부합니다. (박사학위를 딴 학자이지 만능 박사의 그 박사가 아니란 뜻입니다)

• 소수자의 시각에서 미디어 친밀성과 친밀성을 위한 실천을 살펴봅니다 (여성, 유색인종, 성소수자, 아이들, 등등)

• 어떻게 주변화된 사람들이 미디어와 문화 내에서 자신의 삶을 일구어가는지를 공부하고 이야기합니다

• 한국, 미국, 호주, 온라인/오프라인 그 어딘가에 살고 있습니다
